Deep tissue massage, also known as Myofascial Release, relieves constriction in the fascia. Fascia is a three dimensional connective tissue that binds, supports, protects and insulates organs, muscles and bones. Fascia is involved in every aspect of motion, support and facilitating the contraction of muscles and holding the bones in a dynamic balance with soft tissue.
